Health–Related

Nursing Services – President of On Call Nursing Service, temporary agency.

Health Clinic – Co-founder with Howard Strauss and Charlotte Gerson of the Gerson Wellness Center in Sedona.

Various - Worked as short-order cook (East West Center, University of Hawaii), restaurant captain, and in various family-owned, food related businesses (restaurant, health food store, delicatessen, beach stand).

Construction-Related

Building Trades Apprentice for Chardavoyne Construction Co, Chardavoyne Electric, and Chardavoyne Plumbing, among other contractors.

Owner/Manager, Quality Rentals. Purchased, renovated and managed over a dozen properties. (2000-Present).

Financial

Certified Public Accountant – in Private Practice since 1977.Senior Partner, N. Batalion & Company, CPAs.Owner,  Physicians Tax Service.

Wall Street – President, three Wall Street Investment Banking firms, two with over 100 employees. Organized three initial public offerings of stock.  Arranged first public listing of a socially responsible investment Progressive Asset Management  Was first Wall Street brokerage firm to join Social Investment Forum. 

Academic – Assistant Professor of Accounting, Hartwick College, 2000-2001.

Volunteer
