(HealingTalks) As if running on the ground isn’t exercise enough, in November our own Nathan Batalion went vertical! The American Lung Association holds stair climbs in skyscrapers all over the United States, including the Empire State Building! Nathan ran at the 110 Tower, the largest office building in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Flordia. Watch the video below to find out how this raw runner did!

The Fight for Air Climbs are a great way raise funds for those suffering from lung disease. All are invited to run, whether in teams or individually. As seen in the video, a group of fire fighters participated in this Climb in full gear. Think about that next time you’re deciding whether to take the elevator or not!
