ArnoldsWay-30 Day Raw Challenge Finale
(HealingTalks) Several weeks ago we brought you the story of Arnold Kauffman’s 30 Day Raw Challenge. Throughout the month of December, Arnold and the crew at Arnold’s Way Cafe gave away a free raw meal everyday to anyone willing to share their story. As you will see, the participants came from all walks of life but they all agreed on one thing: they felt better. Many reported increased energy, weight loss, and a better outlook on life. One woman was even able to stop taking her breathing medication and no longer required her oxygen tank. In general, 30 days on raw led to positive life changes.
