Juicing provides a quick and convenient way to bring a higher level of nutrition into the body.  Fresh juices are a treasure chest, more vital than money in the bank. Juices are potent forms of nutrition and means of healing. The nutritional essence of plants come from and flows through their juice. Sunlight shines upon the plant to help create those nutrients. Thus drinking fresh juices, readily assimilated into the body is one of the best things a person can do for their health.

Nutrients are better able to be absorbed because juicing removes indigestible fiber.  When w eat a raw carrot we are absorbing about  2% of the total beta carotene in the carrot. When we juice the carrot we get nearly 100% of the beta carotene. We also have to be careful, however, that the foods we juice are organic, otherwise pesticides and other toxins in the food can become concentrated just as much as the nutrients.
