Reversing cancer with high Vitamin C injections
(Healingtalks) A recent study substantiates that high-vitamin C injections can be used to reverse cancers dramatically. The study was published in the the peer-reviewed journal Science Translational Medicine. Researchers at the University of Kansas reportedly tested the effects of vitamin C given in high doses intravenously on a group of human subjects and found that it effectively eradicates cancer cells while leaving healthy cells intact.
Historical testing of Vitamin C in high doses
Back in he 1970s, Linus Pauling first applied the use of vitamin C to treat a variety of chronic illnesses using high doses of Vitamin C. Newer research now uses the injection of such high doses of vitamin C to effectively overcome degenerative ailments. In the study cited, tests were conducted using mice as well as 22 patients in the treatment of ovarian cancer. Results were compared and all test avenues produced favorable outcomes. Benefits were even observed when such Vitamin C therapies were used in conjunction with conventional chemotherapy, where malignant and healthy cells are often destroyed, ultimately compromising the health of the patient.
Natural therapy clinically effective and cost effective
According to Dr. Jeanne Drisko, a co-author of the study, patients are looking for effective and low cost ways to treat cancers and “Intravenous vitamin C has that potential based on our basic science research and early clinical data.”
Black out by medical industry
Sadly, because such low cost and effective treatments represent a serious economic threat to the medical industry, the response to such findings has typically and predictably been little less than either a total blackout. Unfortunately, paradigms are defended at the cost of countless lives. That vitamin C is so effective is a hard or impossible pill to swallow for a powerful industry which must make substantial profits to survive.
According to reporter Heidi Ledford, writing for Nature, the medical-industrial complex, often avoids using natural cures though proven effective. As she writes about Vitamin C “Oral doses act as antioxidants, protecting cells from damage caused by reactive compounds that contain oxygen. But vitamin C given intravenously can have the opposite effect by promoting the formation of one of those compounds: hydrogen peroxide. Cancer cells are particularly susceptible to damage by such reactive oxygen-containing compounds.” Thus normal cells are supported in the anti-oxidant route while malignant cells are expunged.
