or turning juice into a satisfying meal

 (Healingtalks) Throughout the course of my teenage years I didn’t think much about maintaining a healthy, balanced diet that included juices  However, right around my 25th birthday I first learned about the wonders and benefits of juicing. At first I was skeptical. ultimately I found out that drinking a mixed vegetable juice could constitute the equivalent of a satisfying meal.

Make the juice meal more complete and
satisfying

There are a number of supplements one can add to a “juice meal” to  make it more fully nutritious.  Since vegetable juices may have minimal protein and fat, you can add your favorite vegetarian protein powder, such as ground or powdered  flax and chia seeds.  Or add some seaweed for trace minerals. Better yet, how about an herbal powder mix with Chinese adaptogenic herbs. Then add some healing spices like ginger and garlic. Use your imagination and creativity for recipes and diet plans , plus what satisfies your taste buds to have it all!
