(Healingtalks) Why is the raw food vegan diet the way to go? Sometimes a video tells it better than the written word.
Our current medical care system is designed to not get us the information on how to treat diseases, control diabetes, relieve a pain, mask a symptom – not to really get us well so that the system’s money-making becomes obsolete. There is another way. A good starting foundation is simply the raw-living food, vegan, whole organic diet. Add to this adequate sleep, exercise, meditation, and periodic detoxification and you’ve got it made in a shade.
