(Healingtalks) Why is the raw food vegan diet the way to go? Sometimes a video tells it better than the written word.

Our current medical care system is designed to not get us the information on how to treat diseases, control diabetes, relieve a pain, mask a symptom – not to really get us well so that the system’s money-making becomes obsolete. There is another way. A good starting foundation is simply the raw-living food, vegan, whole organic diet. Add to this adequate sleep, exercise, meditation, and periodic detoxification and you’ve got it made in a shade.

  1. I believe that the aging process of people are dependent on their way of living. Especially the diet they practice.  A diet that is composed of fruits and veggies are most beneficial to ones health than any other diet.  Seeing the difference above makes me realize that as early as possible, I should introduce kids healthy snack to my children. Snacks that is more of  veggies and fruits because these contains minerals and nutrients that slows aging process.

    It’s misleading to chalk the differences between these two men up solely to their diets. While I have no doubt that diet influenced their current appearance, who is to say that it was not steroids, a hectic lifestyle, or any other factor that caused Arnold’s decline. Clearly Mr. Talifero has also kept physically active, whereas perhaps Mr. Shwarzenegger did not.
