(Healingtalks) The world’s oldest marathon runner is Fauja Singh. He eats simply and is a vegetarian. His diet consists of mostly dal (a lentil dish) with phulka, an Indian bread and green vegetables. Sometimes he has a little dairy. He drinks lots of water and tea with ginger added and avoids all fried foods.
Singh has replaced David Beckham as Adidas’s new poster boy and his picture is spread across London on bill boards.
