NATURAL HOLISTIC HEALING
To heal body mind and soul let us apply a simple approach. To simplify means to bring together as one, and this very process of simplification is healing Thus I advocate just four simple approaches to heal the whole of oneself:
GOOD THINGS IN – NUTRITION, HYDRATION, OXYGENATION
Getting the good things in, including food, water, and sunlight.
BAD THINGS OUT – DETOXIFICATION
Getting the bad things out (acids, toxins, chemical pollutants) via our skin, kidneys, liver, lungs, and colon. We primarily use saunas and detox or chelating diets.
This is the movement for both nutrients and toxins to get to where they need to be – via exercise, massage, colonics, and other means.
This is our approach to healing or integrating mind, emotions, and spirits, as well as core energy and consciousness. The last is ultimately the most important. As we change and heal our inner consciousness and understanding (for which guided meditation helps) we transform the whole of our lives.
