Secrets of longevity: Being110 years old

  • Cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil: as a skin lotion; for salad dressing
  • Dark chocolate: reduces stress, depression; lowers blood pressure
  • Garlic: helps the immune system
  • Cinnamon: antibacterial and antifungal 
  • Honey: antioxidant and antibacterial properties.
  • Raw vegetable juice: A decent juicer costs less than $100
  • Exercise daily

Nature really provides us with all we need to lead a long and healthy life, if we don’t get side-tracked. Nature provides us with what can build a strong bones, muscles and a protective immune system.

Keep it simple

That is why we advocate the most simple of principles – take the best in, get the worst out, circulated both processes the best, and make sure your mind keeps you on track – thus using nutrition, detoxification, exercise and mind/body therapies.
