Increase Circulation without Medicine

Great for circulation!

(HealingTalks) Now that it’s getting chillier, we’re all noticing how cold our hands and feet are! It may be more than the weather, you could be experiencing poor blood circulation. If you pinch the skin on your knuckles and the skin doesn’t immediately bounce back into place, you could probably improve your blood flow.

It’s not hard to get your circulation going again. By just getting up off the couch, you’re already taking a solid step toward improvement. Exercising is crucial, not only for your circulatory system, but for maintaining your weight and energy level. Try taking a dance or yoga class! It’s great for beating the winter blues.

If you still find yourself getting cold and clammy, there are some natural remedies to try. Check out the video below for more details.

You could combine both “classes” of herbs outlined in the video by sprinkling a little cayenne pepper into your tea of rose hips and hawthorn leaves for a spicy treat perfect for chilly winter days.
