90-DAY RAINBOW DIET CLEANSE – MORNING SCHEDULE

6:00  CITRIC JUICE   # I
Drink with supplements and 20-30 minute morning sauna. Squeeze one lemon, orange or grapefruit and mix with 8 ounces of water. Supplements are 4 capsules of Pancreatin (NOW brand) and one tablespoon of MSM

6:30  LIGHT EXERCISE
15-30 minutes. This can be any one of the following:  walking, using a rebounder, jumping jacks, light-weight exercises, yoga, tai chi, chigong, and so on – all to get the circulation going in the am before preparing the first green juice.

7:00 GREEN JUICE # I
The green juice must be organic and should be freshly made each time. 10 ounces of 1/2 juice and half water. Add a teaspoon of your choice of mineral-rich green powder mixes. Both the greens and the recommended green supplements should be varied throughout the day. These can be alternatively taken in capsule form. We recommend having several different kinds to alternate and rotate the greens. Same as above

11:00 CITRIC JUICE # II
with 4 Pancreatin 

12:00 LUNCH
Main and biggest meal of the day. Can be preceded by soup and then followed with a salad that could contain small amounts of one of the following: nuts, grains, avocados, soy protein. See more detailed instructions refer to the Phase Diet chart. Remember to have some green seaweed or algae with at least one meal for ample  oceanic trace minerals. Also remember that most spices are healing herbs – such as garlic, ginger, oregano, parsley, cumin, coriander,  and so on. Use them amply in their organic form and as fresh, whole and unprocessed as possible.
