(Healingtalks) The world’s oldest marathon runner is Fauja Singh. He eats simply and is a vegetarian. His diet consists of mostly dal (a lentil dish)¬† with phulka, an Indian bread and green vegetables. Sometimes he has a little dairy. He drinks lots of water and tea with ginger added and avoids all fried foods.

Singh has replaced¬† David Beckham as Adidas’s new poster boy and his picture is spread across London on bill boards.
